Fire burning on Embarcadero at Pier 35

Some decking is on fire Tuesday evening at Pier 35 in San Francisco, fire officials said.

The fire was reported by fire officials on Twitter at 5:16 p.m. Firefighters are extinguishing the fire and have deployed a fireboat and skiff to help with the effort.

Fire officials said no threat to structures exists.
