A bicyclist has died after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday evening in unincorporated Contra Costa County, officials with the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision was reported at 7:25 p.m. at 20050 San Pablo Ave. near the southern end of the Carquinez Bridge.
The driver of the vehicle drove away from the scene, CHP Officer James Evans said.
