Police responded at 12:57 a.m. to a hit-and-run collision involving two vehicles in the 900 block of Vine Street.
Diego Alberto Davila-Martinez, the driver, was arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and was booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail, according to police.
Davila-Martinez and his male passenger were injured in the hit-and-run.
Police said drugs or alcohol are not suspected to have played a part in the collision.
The suspect may have hit other parked vehicles, but police said they did not have an exact number.
