One dead, one injured in Napa Co. crash

One person died Tuesday evening when their vehicle hit a tree along eastbound state Highway 128 in unincorporated Napa County, officials with the California Highway Patrol said.

The crash was reported at about 5:50 p.m. on Highway 128 at Wragg Canyon Road.

One person died at the scene while another was taken to a hospital with major injuries, CHP Officer Damian Cistaro said.
