The fire was first reported at about 3:55 p.m. Wednesday in the 3800 block of Fulton Street, near 15th Avenue and just across from Golden Gate Park.
Fire officials said the fire was contained to one home and no one was injured. At least five people were displaced. The American Red Cross and city staff members were assisting those who were displaced.
