At least one person was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a vehicle collided with a Redwood City police patrol vehicle early Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP said the collision was reported just after 12:45 a.m., after Redwood City police requested CHP to arrive on the scene of the collision with a two-door Toyota vehicle.
According to the CHP, the suspect was transported to the San Mateo County Jail.
The extent of the injuries to the officer in the patrol vehicle wasn’t available.
