Two people were injured in a shooting on eastbound Interstate Highway 80 at Willow Avenue Saturday night that appears to be an isolated road rage incident, the California Highway Patrol said.
The shooting occurred around 9 p.m., injuring an adult who suffered minor injuries and a young child whose injuries were described as major, the CHP said.
The CHP is investigating the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to contact the CHP at (800) TELL-CHP.
