Vehicle hits pedestrian in crosswalk in Pacifica

A vehicle struck a pedestrian at the intersection of state Highway 35 and Glencourt Way in Pacifica on Friday, police said Tuesday.
A 21-year-old man was crossing Highway 35, also known as Skyline Boulevard, at a southern crosswalk in the intersection when a driver making a turn onto the southbound part of the highway from westbound King Drive struck him at about 9 p.m.
The man reported pain and was transported to a hospital. The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation, according to Pacifica police.
