Justin McCall, a 30-year-old San Francisco resident, was arrested Monday afternoon on suspicion of sexual assault when the victim is prevented from resisting by an intoxicating substance and sexual assault of a victim who was unconscious or asleep, according to police.
McCall, a four-year-veteran of the San Francisco Police Department, came under suspicion in September and has been working in a nonpublic contact position while the allegations were investigated by the department’s Internal Affairs Criminal Division, police said.
McCall is currently suspended without pay, police said.
