A man suffered life-threatening injuries when he was thrown to the ground during a fistfight in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood on Tuesday, police said.
The fight occurred around 1 p.m. in the area of Ninth and Mission Streets, according to police.
The 56-year-old victim was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. The suspect, a 40-year-old man, was arrested but police did not immediately release his name.
