A man was struck by a BART train Sunday morning at Montgomery Station in San Francisco, police said.
Lt. Steve Coontz said the collision was reported at 10:47 a.m.
Firefighters responded and extricated a 34-year-old man from the tracks. Coontz said the man survived.
Train service in the area was restored at about noon. Coontz said there was no indication of foul play.
