Death aboard moored tanker ship probed

A death investigation is underway Sunday night aboard a tanker moored off the coast of Richmond, U.S. Coast Guard officials said.

A shipping agent reported the death to the Coast Guard at 7:24 p.m. today after a body was found on the tanker Argent Sunrise, moored at the ConocoPhillips terminal at 1300 Canal Blvd.

Coast Guard officials said no other details were immediately available.
