Officers on routine patrol around 7 p.m. detained a man who allegedly was known to have an outstanding arrest warrant, the agency said.
Record checks showed that the suspect allegedly had a $5,000 arrest warrant for counterfeiting BART fare media, held by the San Francisco County Sheriff, according to the agency.
The man was arrested and booked in a San Francisco county jail, the agency said.
