Triple shooting shatters Dolores Park idyll

Three people were shot at San Francisco’s Dolores Park Thursday afternoon, according to police.

Officers found three victims after responding to reports of a shooting just after 3 p.m. in the Mission District park. All three have been taken to the hospital with injuries, and police did not have immediate information on their conditions.

No suspect is in custody at this time and police are advising residents to avoid the area while the investigation is in progress.

The incident is affecting Muni service on the J-Church lines, with delays at the Church and Market station. Shuttles are being brought in to support service, according to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency.
