The Golden State Warriors have announced a second championship parade in three years will march through downtown Oakland Thursday.
Warriors fans are expected to line the streets of Oakland beginning at 10 a.m. for the parade starting at Broadway and 11th streets before following the same route taken in 2015 along Lake Merritt to the Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center.
The parade will go north on Broadway, turn right on Grand Avenue, then right on Harrison Street, turn left on 19th Street, continue on Lakeside Drive and end on Oak Street with a procession to the convention center.
Supporters can begin to gather starting at 5 a.m. at Lakeshore and 12th streets.
