A San Francisco woman died Friday when her motorcycle collided with a Dodge truck north of Calistoga in unincorporated Napa County Friday evening.
The Napa County Sheriff’s Office identified her as 34-year-old Elizabeth Holly.
Holly was riding a 2003 Suzuki SV650 north on state Highway 29 north of Old Lawley Toll Road around 6:50 p.m. when she lost control of the motorcycle, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The motorcycle crossed double yellow lines and slid into the path of a southbound 2001 Dodge 2500 truck. The Lake County man driving the truck could not avoid the collision, the CHP said.
Holly was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
