American Airlines is adding a second daily non-stop flight to the Phoenix-Sky Harbor International Airport from the Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport starting July 5.
Daily, non-stop, two-hour flights operating as American Eagle will leave the airport at 6 a.m. and 12:35 p.m.
The Bombardier CRJ-700 planes seat 70 passengers and have a two-class configuration with three rows of first-class, in-flight Wi-Fi and food and beverage service.
American Airlines began flights from Sonoma County to Phoenix Feb. 16.
United Airlines is beginning three non-stop daily flights between Sonoma County and San Francisco International Airport on June 8.
The flights will depart for San Francisco from Sonoma County at 6 a.m., 2:05 p.m. and 5:20 p.m.
The flights are on a 50-seat Bombardier CRJ-200.
Beginning Aug. 24, Sun Country Airlines will begin non-stop flights between Sonoma County and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport through Dec. 3 on a seasonal basis.
The flights will be on Sun Country’s 737-800 planes with a two-class configuration that includes 12 first-class seats and 150 coach seats.
Flights will arrive at Sonoma County Airport at noon on Thursdays starting Aug. 24 and will depart for Minneapolis-St. Paul at 9:55 a.m. on Sundays starting Aug. 27.
Alaska Airlines also provides daily non-stop service from Sonoma County Airport to Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Portland, Santa Ana and Seattle, and Allegiant Airlines offers non-stop flights from Sonoma County to Las Vegas.
