The San Francisco 49ers have released cornerback Tramaine Brock, who was arrested in Santa Clara Thursday night on suspicion of felony domestic violence, according to team officials.
Brock, 28, was arrested in the 4000 block of Headen Way, off of Hope Drive and near the border with North San Jose, according to police.
Officers responded at 9:35 p.m. and found a woman Brock was reportedly dating to have visible injuries.
Brock was released on $50,000 bail this afternoon, sheriff’s officials said. He lives in Santa Clara and started playing for the 49ers in 2010.
