Homeless people and supporters to rally at 1:30 p.m.


Homeless people and their supporters are gathering in San Francisco’s Civic Center area Tuesday to draw attention to the disparate impact homelessness has on African Americans in celebration of Black History Month.

The event is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in the area of Polk and McAllister streets in San Francisco.
