Carl’s Jr. workers to hold protest at noon

Fast food workers are holding a protest during the lunchtime rush at a Carl’s Jr. restaurant in Oakland Monday to demand that U.S. Department of Labor Secretary nominee Andy Puzder withdraw his nomination or that the U.S. Senate rejects him.

The protest is scheduled for noon at the Carl’s Jr. at 3770 Telegraph Ave., Oakland.
