San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee, Supervisor Jane Kim and City College of San Francisco interim Chancellor Susan Lamb are announcing a plan Monday to provide access for City College students.
The announcement is scheduled for 1 p.m. in Room 201 at City Hall, 1 Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco.
