All roads between Napa and American Canyon are open Friday morning following the temporary closure of northbound state Highway 29 from Junction Road due to roadway flooding.
The Napa County Sheriff’s Office issued an advisory about the flooding at 6:35 a.m.
Crews also removed a large boulder from Deer Park Road Friday.
