Highway 4 in Concord clears after two crashes

State Highway 4 at Willow Pass Road in Concord is clear after two crashes closed lanes Wednesday morning, California Highway Patrol officials said.

According to CHP officials, the crashes closed the 1 and 2 lanes on westbound Highway 4. One crash involved two vehicles that sustained minor property damage, and a second crash involved two vehicles with at least one minor injury.

By 5:15 a.m., crews had cleared the scene, CHP officials said.
