San Jose mayor helps clean up I-280 onramp

San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo will join a crew from Downtown Streets Team to clean up the Ernst and Young Gateway at the Interstate Highway 280/Almaden onramp Tuesday morning.

From 9 a.m. to noon, Liccardo will help move debris, pick up litter and plant flowers at the onramp, working with formerly homeless residents who receive support services from Downtown Streets Team in exchange for their work.
