Transient wanted for child molestation turns self in

A transient man wanted by Stockton police in a child molestation case turned himself in Saturday morning to Vallejo police, a police lieutenant said.

William Staley, 41, arrived at the police station at 9:25 a.m. He was wanted on a $500,000 warrant for child molestation, Vallejo police Lt. Herman Robinson said.
