Missing, disabled woman found in mall

A disabled woman who went missing Wednesday was found Thursday morning, a Fairfield police officer said.

Vickie Voelker, 61, of Fairfield, was found around 10:15 a.m. in the food court at the Solano Town Center mall on Travis Boulevard in Fairfield, Officer Kathryn McCormick said.
