1 dead, 2 injured in SF’s Western Addition

A man died and two other male victims were injured in a shooting Friday morning in San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood, a police spokeswoman said.

The shooting was reported at 10:50 a.m. at Turk and Scott streets, police spokeswoman Officer Giselle Talkoff and a dispatcher said.

One of the victims who survived is at a hospital with life-threatening injuries. The other survivor suffered injuries not considered life-threatening, Talkoff said.

The suspect is a 40- to 50-year-old man. No other information was immediately available.
