An individual who Hayward police said used an RV as a weapon against police officers and civilians Saturday is recovering from being shot.

An individual who Hayward police said used an RV as a weapon against police officers and civilians Saturday night is recovering from being shot by the police.
At 9:17 p.m., officers responded to Tennyson Park at 28151 Huntwood Avenue, where a park ranger had requested emergency assistance, police said.
When the officers arrived, the suspect allegedly started to use his RV as a weapon against them and several people at a nearby party.
Multiple police officers shot the suspect, leaving him with non-life-threatening injuries. He is in stable condition at a hospital.
