Officers arrested Andrew Desmond and Lontavious Johnson, along with two women, after they went to a room at the Marriott Hotel that the group refused to leave, according to police officials.
Desmond allegedly refused to cooperate with officers, resisted arrest and assaulted both officers who had responded to the call, police said.
He was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and assaulting an officer, as well as public intoxication and trespassing.
Johnson, 32, and Shirlee Johnson, 33, were arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, trespassing and obstructing an officer, according to police.
Officers also arrested Leah Mendaros, 35, for allegedly assaulting hotel security guards, being drunk in public and trespassing, police said.
