Three killed in Sir Francis Drake crash

All lanes of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard have reopened after a fatal collision killed three people in Lagunitas Tuesday morning, California Highway Patrol officers said.

The collision was reported just after midnight at the entrance of Samuel P. Taylor State Park on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.

UPDATE 9:39 a.m. Three males die in Marin County crash.

The car traveled off the roadway, struck a support for a power pole, knocking it over, hit a tree and then another tree, CHP officers said.

No further information was immediately available.
