  1. “We tend not to put posts on single stripes along bikeways, as that puts the posts immediately adjacent to motor traffic, making them more likely to get hit and potentially lean into the bikeway.” Ummm aside from many blocks of Market Street, where the posts are in single rows with maybe a 1″ buffer to bikelane, and frequently have been knocked down into the bikeway.
