A missing 9-year-old boy from San Leandro was found and reunited with his family, police said today.
Waheed Munir had been last seen at 4:30 p.m. Saturday as he rode away on a BMX bicycle from his home in the 900 block of Alice Avenue.
Munir rode away from home when a foster parent punished him for misbehaving, according to police.
