An 18-year-old Novato man has been cited for violating the city’s social host ordinance by hosting a party where alcohol was allegedly consumed by minors, according to police.
Around 10:10 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to an address in the 500 block of Arlington Circle on report of a loud party.
On the scene they found crowds of minors gathered in and around the home. Their investigation indicated that Dempsey Roggenbuck, the resident, had hosted the party.
He was cited to appear in court.
