Richmond vigil to honor brutality victims

A prayer vigil and night walk will be held Friday evening in Richmond to call for an end of police brutality against minorities.

The event, organized by the Contra Costa Interfaith Supporting Organizing Committee, will begin at 7 p.m. at Richmond City Hall Plaza.
