Around 10:50 p.m., firefighters responded a report of a structure fire at 607 Sylvan St., according to fire officials.
Once at the location, firefighters witnessed flames and smoke coming from the ground-level garage of the three-story building.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the garage, fire officials said. No injuries were reported.
The 11 residents who were displaced were able to make their own arrangements for temporary housing, according to fire officials.
A cause for the fire has not yet been determined, fire officials said.
