Police returned a girl’s purse and its contents after they arrested three suspects who mugged her Sunday afternoon in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond neighborhood, police said.
Officer responded at 12:09 p.m. to the 700 block of 48th Avenue on a report of the robbery.
Three suspects came up behind two girls and stole the purse of one of the girls. The suspects ran to a red vehicle and drove away before officers detained them a short distance away.
The three were arrested on suspicion of robbery and conspiracy. The driver was also arrested on suspicion of speeding and being an unlicensed driver.
