Police are investigating a fatal shooting reported Monday night in San Jose.
Officers responded to the 1700 block of Cape Aston Court on report of a shooting around 9:20 p.m.
On the scene they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the motive and circumstances of the killing are not yet known, and they have not identified or located a suspect as of tonight.
