A large outside fire broke out this morning near a homeless encampment in San Francisco’s Potrero Hill neighborhood, a Fire Department spokesman said.
The fire was first reported at 10:57 a.m. at the intersection of 15th and Carolina streets.
The cause and origin of the fire is under investigation, spokesman Jonathan Baxter said.
The fire was under control at 11:09 a.m. No one was injured and no structures were involved, Baxter said.
