Police in Milpitas are investigating a home invasion robbery that occurred Friday afternoon, in which the suspects allegedly tied-up a resident as they ransacked the house, according to police.
Officers with the Milpitas Police Department responded Friday at 2:40 p.m. to the 1100 block of North Park Victoria Drive on a report of a home invasion robbery and found the victim bound and injured inside the home.
Police said the victim was transported to the hospital and treated for injuries that were not life threatening.
Detectives said the robbery does not appear to be a random act, and detectives are working to identify the suspects, who are still at large.
