One dead, one injured as car rams into building

One person died and one was injured this afternoon after a vehicle went into a building in Vallejo, fire officials said.

Firefighters reported the incident in the 600 block of Sacramento Street at 3:21 p.m. on Twitter.

Both people were unresponsive when firefighters arrived, according to fire officials.
