A man was shot in the chest near San Francisco’s Dolores Park early Sunday morning, according to police.
The 21-year-old victim showed up at San Francisco General Hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest as police were investigating a shooting at 18th and Dolores streets, police said.
The shooting was recorded by the city’s Shotspotter gunfire detection system at 1:22 a.m.
The victim’s wounds are considered life-threatening. Police have not made any arrests or provided a description of any suspect or suspects in the shooting.
