Decomposed body washes into Bodega Bay

Firefighters recovered a decomposed body early this afternoon from Bodega Bay, a bay and community in unincorporated Sonoma County, fire officials said.

The body was recovered at about 12:30 p.m. off the Doran Beach jetty at the entrance to Bodega Harbor, Bodega Bay Fire Protection District Acting Fire Captain Jason Downing said.
