A United Airlines flight that left San Francisco International Airport headed to Hawaii had to make an emergency return to SFO Thursday morning, an airport spokesman said.
Flight 1721, which departed SFO at 9 a.m., was on its way to Kona, Hawaii, but had to return to SFO because of a “cabin cooling problem,” SFO spokesman Doug Yakel said.
No other information about the incident was immediately available.
