A construction site accident resulted in a fatality Tuesday morning, according to a San Jose fire captain.
The fire department responded at 11:19 a.m. to the construction site at Bruce Way and Almaden Road just outside of San Jose city limits.
The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office and the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health are investigating the incident, according to Fire Capt. Christopher Salcido.
There were no further details immediately available about the fatality.
