Police are looking for a female suspect who robbed another female of her purse Wednesday at a bank in Fremont, police said.
A dispatcher sent officers at 3:10 p.m. to a report of a robbery at the Bank of America in the 40600 block of Fremont Boulevard, according to police.
Officers said the victim walked into the bank and the suspect forcibly grabbed the purse off of her shoulder and fled, police said.
Officers are describing the suspect as a Hispanic woman in her 20s, 5 feet 4 inches tall with a brown ponytail, according to police. The suspect was wearing jeans and a black Norcal sweatshirt with the image of a bear on it.
