The last of five juvenile suspects who escaped from a detention facility for teenage boys Saturday night is safely back in custody this morning, according to police.
At 9:14 p.m. Saturday the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Department requested assistance apprehending five juveniles who’d escaped from the Santa Clara County Boys Ranch in Morgan Hill, according to police.
Four of those boys were apprehended around 11:15 p.m., but Anthony Ruezga of San Jose remained at large Saturday night.
At 7:22 a.m. today the Morgan Hill Police Department issued a statement indicating that the boy had been apprehended, and safely returned to the ranch.
