Valentina Matyushina went missing around 2:40 p.m. Friday, and is said to be at-risk due to dementia and other health problems. She does not speak English, according to police, and can only communicate in Russian.
Matyushina is described as a 74-year-old white woman with gray/brown hair and blue eyes. She is 4 feet 11 inches tall and roughly 180 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a gray-colored long sleeve shirt, brown slippers and a pair of Adidas-style pants which were darkly colored with white lines down the side of the leg. Police say she was also carrying a red fleece jacket and a floral print robe.
If Matyushina is located, call the Walnut Creek Police Department at (925) 943-5844.
