The ‘Stick’s last stand

Die-hard Candlestick Park devotees will recognize its final remaining fragments, but even those are quickly fading into the parking-lot landscape at San Francisco’s southern edge.

Crews have demolished all but the last remaining section of the ‘Stick, and are expected to finish off the job within the next few weeks.
