Fire crews responded at 5:49 p.m. to a report of a child who fell from a window in the 2000 block of Olivera Road, a fire dispatcher said.
The girl was “conscious and alert” when medical personnel arrived, fire Capt. George Laing said.
Laing said he’s not sure how far the girl fell, except to say it was from the second story of a residence.
The dispatcher said initial reports estimated the distance was at least 10 feet.
