Three arrested in connection with robbery

Three people have been arrested in connection with a Wednesday home invasion robbery in Santa Rosa, police said.

Lisa Lundgren, 22, John Noland, 26, and a 17-year-old male juvenile, all from Sonoma County, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and assault.

Officers responded Wednesday at 11:30 p.m. a reported robbery that had occurred at the Extended Stay America hotel on Corby Avenue.

Responding officers learned several men and a woman went to a room on the third floor of the hotel, and the woman posed as a hotel employee in order to get into the room, police said.

After one of the room’s occupants opened the door, the suspects pointed replica guns at the two victims and demanded cash, police said.

The suspects struck the men in the head with the guns and forcedthem to the ground, police said. One of the men got up and fought off the suspects, exited the hotel room and called for help before collapsing on the landing outside the room, police said.

The suspects fled the area, but the second victim chased them into the parking lot, where the suspects had a car waiting, police said.

The victim was able to pull the license plate from the vehicle before it left the area.

The victims were both taken to a hospital, where they were treated for head wounds.

A Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office deputy later located the suspects’ vehicle in a rural area west of Santa Rosa, and the driver, identified as Lundgren, was taken into custody, police said.

A short time later, another suspect was located trying to catch a taxi nearby, and the third suspect was taken into custody after further investigation.
